MAATS are pleased to announce that our long term customer, NKT, have obtained a 3-year Service Framework Agreement with MAATS for the lay equipment on board NKT Victoria.
The agreement, secured by expert offshore vessel management company Remoy on behalf of NKT, will support the Victoria on current and future projects.
The lay system, the largest of its kind at time of installation, has been working efficiently since the vessel was launched in 2017 and is ideally suited for management of product in deep water such as many on the increasing number of offshore wind farms around the world.
Being contracted on a number of significant and time sensitive projects, NKT have made a shrewd investment in the Service and Support package from MAATS. The Global Helpdesk is open 24/7 to assist in limiting the potential maintenance downtime of a vessel. MAATS experience and rigorous company philosophy offer peace of mind to the customer and the knowledge that whatever the issue, MAATS will endeavour to jump into action as quickly as possible.
Our dedicated Service and Support facility in Durham, North East England, can assist with material spares provision and delivery of our Standard, Silver and Gold Framework Agreements.
