MAATS Tech services continue after project delivery by offering continued high quality assistance to our clients through Service Frame Agreements supported by our Aftersales team.  MAATS can respond quickly to operational and technical challenges being met in the field with our in depth knowledge and experience of the equipment to provide technical information, recommendations, site visits – should they be required, along with spares supply.

MAATS understand the critical importance of a timely turnaround to limit operational downtime and have the ability to deliver assistance in a time efficient manner.

We offer tailored Service Framework Agreements that are specific to the customers requirements and created in collaboration with our experienced technical leads to ensure the agreement supplies the exact level or support required.
